50/50 bread rolls (Dough made in breadmaker)

Ingredienti per 8 rolls

250g strong white bread flour or 250g seeded white bread flour is also good
250g very strong wholemeal bread flour
3 tbsp skimmed milk powder
3 tbsp brown sugar
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp fact action yeast
370ml water (luke warm)
3 tbsp sunflower oil

  • Preparazione → 120 min
  • Cottura → 15 min
  • Difficoltà → Facile

1 place all ingredients in breadmaker & put on dough setting

2 once dough has been made turn out onto floured board and divide into 8

3 working in a circular motion lightly knead each piece into a roll shape and place on a non stick tray (as long as there is flour on the bottom of the roll it won't stick)

4 Place in a warm place to rise again for about 20 minutes

5 Bake in oven at about 190 for about 15 minutes - usually I know when they're ready by smell!
