All bran cake sw

Ingredienti

84gms All Bran - 12 syns or 2 HEBs
2 eggs
½ tsp baking powder - ½ syn
3 tablespoons granulated sweetener
Mixed spice and cinnamon (to taste)
1 sachet chocolate Options – 2 syns

Facile

Preparazione

1. Soak All Bran in 8 tablespoons boiling water and leave to soften.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Microwave for 5 mins (depending on your micowave wattage)

2. For extra flavour you could add any of the following:-

3. 28gms sultanas - 4 syns

4. 1 tbspn cocoa - 2½ syns, and orange essence

5. 2 tbspn mincemeat - 4 syns
