Ingredienti per 12 Muffins
3/4 cup Pamela's Baking Mix
3/4 cup Buckwheat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp ground flax mixed with 3 tbsp water (egg replacer= 2 larger eggs)
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup agave nectar
2 ripe bananas mashed
2 tbsp melted butter (or butter substitute)
3/4 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips (or your favorite brand)
- Preparazione → 20 min
- Cottura → 15 min

1 Blend all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
2 Pour 1/3 cup batter into each section of a lightly greased muffin tin
3 bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
