Gnocchi with blue cheese, mushrooms and chorizo
Ingredienti per 2 people
2 Spoons butter
Spoonful of Cream
2 Spoons blue cheese per person

1 Whilst bring the water to boil,
2 start heating up the butter and garlic for a few minutes.
3 Add the mushrooms and cook till soft.
Add the blue cheese and allow to melt, once melted add the cream and chorizo.
4 Cook the Gnocchi or pasta and mix in with the sauce and add a touch of parmesan cheese.
