Plum and Apple Crumble

Ingredienti per 4 people

filling:
3 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
2x410g tins of plumbs, drained
30ml vanilla extract
45ml muscovado sugar
15ml gin
10ml ground cinnamon

crumble:
45ml pistachio nuts, shelled
half cup cake flour
30g rolled oats
50g sugar
1/4 cup butter, cubed

  • Preparazione → 20 min
  • Cottura → 40-50 min
  • Difficoltà → Facile

1 Preheat oven to 180 celcius, grease tart dish

2 place fruit in pot and mix in vanilla

3 sprinkle with rest of ingredients and place in tart dish

4 in mixing bowl, combine crumble ingredients well together and arrange over fruit

5 bake till top is golden and fruit is bubbling

6 about 40min

7 serve hot with mascarpone, custard or fresh cream
