Ingredienti per 4-6 people
500g puff pastry
15ml fresh rosemary, chopped
15ml fresh thyme, chopped
5ml cayenne pepper
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Preparazione → 10 min
- Cottura → 10-12 min
- Difficoltà → Facile
1 roll out pastry on floured surface
2 sprinkle with spices
3 season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 fold pastry in half and repeat
5 cut into long strips and twist
6 place on lined baking tray
7 bake in preheated oven, 200C for 10-12 min or until golden brown
