Ingredienti

Meatballs

1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Sauce

1 cup ketchup
3 tbsp vinegar
1/8 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar

Facile

Preparazione

1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. Combine and mix meatball ingredients and form into meatballs. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 mins. Place meatballs in a slow cooker.

3. Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the meatballs and cook on high for 2 hrs or low for 4 hrs.

4. Service over rice.
