4 oz of victoria sponge cake.
2 pots of ready-made raspberry jelly.
4 tablespoons of extra thick double cream.

Prep. Time → 1 min min

1. Break the sponge cake into pieces then put into
the base of 4 serving glasses.

2. Spoon over the jelly, then top with the
cream.
Chill until ready to serve.
