Air Fryer Salmon with Maple Soy Glaze of Kelly Barton - Recipefy

3 tbsp pure maple syrup
3 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
4 wild salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

1. Combine maple syrup, soy sauce, sriracha and garlic in a small bowl (ginger would be good as well). Pour into a gallon sized resealable bag and add the salmon.

2. Marinate for 30 mins.

3. Lightly spray the basket with oil. I use a parchment paper with holes in it.

4. Remove the fish from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Pour marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over med-low heat and reduce until it thickens into a glaze, 1 to 2 mins.

5. Place the fish into the air fryer and air fry at 400F for 7 to 8 mins, or longer depending on thickness of the salmon.

6. Plate salmon and spoon glaze over top.
