Anchovy butter

A savoury butter mix that will wow your tastebuds.

225g unsalted butter
4 anchovies (1 tin)
Pepper

Prep. Time → 1 min

Cook Time → 5 min

1. 1. Drain the oil from the anchovies and mash into a paste.
2. Blend anchovy paste with butter (either by hand or with handheld mixer.
3. Add pepper to taste.

2. Tips
You may want to add the anchovy paste gradually to avoid an overly salty mix.
Gordon Ramsays serves his with parsley on toast! Best with soft boiled eggs.
