Spice of choice (I have used tarragon and a Cajun mix I purchased)
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 10 min
1. Defrost shrimp by running under warm water. Peel if necessary.
2. In a ziploc bag or large bowl, toss shrimp with a generous amount of the chosen (enough to cover it).
3. Sear shrimp until curled. Serve hot with the oils that develop in the pan.
