Asparagus Ham rolls of Flavia - Recipefy

- 25 Asparagus (white or green) medium size
- 7 slices cooked ham (or raw ham, or moked ham or bacon)
- 300 g Hollandaise Sauce (or béchamel or sour cream)
- Gouda (or mozzarella)
- salt
- pepper

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. boil the asparagus for about 10 minutes

2. take an oven dish and lay half of the Hollandaise sauce

3. lay a slice of ham

4. divide the asparagus in 5 bunches

5. put gouda in 5 slices of ham

6. wrap each asparagus bunch in the ham with gouda

7. lay the bunches in the oven dish

8. lay a slice of ham on it

9. season with salt and pepper

10. lay the rest of the Hollanadaise sauce

11. grate a little bit of gouda on it

12. bake it in the preheated oven 230° for about 20'
