Bacon and pasta sauce

Ingredients for 4
800g chopped tomatoes
1 small onion
12 rashers of bacon
1 clove of garlic
50g tomato puree
pinch of oregano
pinch of italian seasoning
pinch of salt
Prep. Time → 5-10 min
Cook Time → 15-20 min
20 min
Directions
1. 1. slice bacon and start to fry
2. 2. add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree oregano, italian seasoning, salt and garlic (grated) in a ban and leave to simmer
3. 3.let all ingredients simmer togather
4. sevre over pasta twists
