Baked Egg Avocado of Molly Delaney - Recipefy

2 Avocados
4 Eggs
4 Slices of Toast
Salt
Pepper

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. 1. Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Cut avocado in half and remove the seed.
3. With a spoon, scoop out one of the egg yolks and place it into the hole of the avocado. If the hole in the avocado is too small, simply scoop some out.
4. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the eggs.
5. Place the avocados into a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Gently place the baking dish in oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
6. Spread the baked avocado & egg onto toast. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
