Baked Fettucine of Michele Poole - Recipefy

500 g fettucine
2 tomatoes chopped
1 1/2 cup heavy cream ( use creamo)
1/4 cup butter (or less)
1 can mushrooms
cooked chicken cut up in bite size pieces.
Grated cheese cheddar or mozza whatever you like
1/3 grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to aprox. 350.
Cook pasta al dente and drain
Layer pasta, chicken, tomatoes, salt and pepper, mushroom, cheese in a casserole dish.
in a medium sauce pan heat cream and butter to a boil. Pour sauce over pasta and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Bake about 20-30 min or until heated through. You can also put in spinach or anything else you want in this. Also I make sure that there are mushrooms at the top just under the cheese and they get a bit crunchy after baking yummmmm! Also don't leave out the salt and pepper it's quite bland with out it, and you could use other things such as chili peppers if you want some zing to it.
