Baked Kale Chips of Courtney Glantz - Recipefy

1 large bunch of kale
olive oil
salt & pepper
cajun seasoning

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove stems from one large bunch of kale and tear into large chunks. Make sure your kale is as dry as possible.

3. Spread out on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper. Toss together and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned.

4. You can play around with this. I added some cajun seasoning for a bit of a kick.
