Balsamic pork chops

Ingredients for 4 People
4 Pork Chops (about 1/2" thick)
4 Teaspoons Olive Oil
12 Cloves of finely chopped garlic (may use less if desired)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Easy
Directions
1. Heat the oil and add the garlic first, then add the pork chops
2. Brown the pork chops on both sides
3. Add the balsamic vinegar
4. Continue to cook until the pork chops are cooked to at least 165 F
5. Serve
