1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 bananas
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon honey
2-3 drops vanilla essence
4 ice cubes
sprinkle of nutmeg
(optional)

1. Place all ingredients in blender except nutmeg; blend until smooth
2. Pour into chilled glasses
3. Serve topped with a sprinkle of nutmeg
