Beef & mushroom casserole sw

Ingredients
- Fry Light
- 600g (1lb 5oz) lean braising steak, cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 150g (5oz) mushrooms, sliced
- 295g can Campbell's Condensed Oxtail Soup (12 Syns)
- 300ml (½pt) water

1. Method
1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC (350ºF, Gas 4). In a flame-proof casserole sprayed with Fry Light, fry the beef until brown. Add the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes.

2. Stir in the soup and water and bring to a simmer.

3. Transfer to the oven for 1½ hours, stirring occasionally.

4. Serve with a jacket potato (Healthy Extra B Choice) and a selection of Syn-Free vegetables.
