Blood orange aiol

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
2 to 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed blood orange juice (about 1/2 orange)
1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
1 teaspoon blood orange zest
1 clove garlic, grated
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
1. Combine the mayonnaise, blood orange juice, mustard, zest and garlic in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
