Blue cheese butter for steaks

110g Blue Cheese (Crumbled)
110g Butter (Room Temp.)
2 Cloves of Garlic (Pressed)
1 1/2 tsp Chives (fresh snipped)

Prep. Time → 10 min

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well combine.

2. Wrap in cling film in a cylinder shape and store in the fridge, until needed.
Alternatively place into small silicon moulds and leave to set in the fridge.

3. Slice into about 1cm thick slices, or if in moulds pop out and Serve with Steak!
