Braided nutella bread recipe

1 package of dry yeast
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water: warmed up to 115 degree.
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (For the batter:)
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup nutella

1. 1. Take your warm water, and add the yeast to it, with the sugar. Gentle stir, and set aside till adticaved.

2. 2. In a mixer bowl, add the flour, sugar & salt. Put on mixer. when yeast is done, add to flour mixture. Add the whole milk, and melted butter. Mix to medium speed to 7 mins.

3. 3. When done, take out dough. Shape into a ball, and get a bowl with vegetable oil. Brush onto the dough too. Wrap with plastic wrap.

4. 4. Put it in a warm place, (Microwave ^^) and let it rise a hour and half or more. Once its risen, uncover it. Get out of bowl, and put flour on table. Put dough on table.

5. 5. Put some flour on dough. Divide dough in half, set the other aside. Flour surface again, and stretch out dough. * Rectangle*

6. 6. Spread Nutella over surface of dough, try not to go all the ends. Roll it like a Jelly Roll, and pinch the ends.

7. 7. Take knife, and carefully slice it apart, till you get a two strand braid: Wrap it around each other, into loops, and put on baking sheet, with parchment paper. Repeat steps with other dough.

8. 8. Cover them with plastic wrap, and let them rest for a half hour. Put in oven for 350* for 25 mins, until golden brown. Let cool completely.

9. 9. Cut bread in a angle, and eat.
