Breakfast casserole

8 eggs, whisked
1 sweet potato
1/2 lb pork sausage
1 yellow onion
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried basil
4 cups plain Chobani greek yogurt
6 tbsp honey
2 cups canned pineapple

1. Grease the crockpot to make sure your eggs don't stick. Shred the sweet potato. Mix egg, sweet potato, sausage, onion, garlic powder and basil and add to the crock pot. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.

2. A serving of the greek yogurt is 2/3 cup greek yogurt, 1 tbsp honey, and 1/3 cup canned pineapple. Eat on the side.

3. If you have this as a crockpot swap meal, it will have a full lb of sausage in it. That's okay, go ahead and eat it, just remember that you're going to be high in fat for the day.
