Brussels Sprouts, Bacon, and Figs of jenn - Recipefy

3 cups Brussels Sprouts
1/2 cup bascon
1/2 cup figs
EVOO

1. Add olive oil to a hot pan. Add bacon and cook.

2. Shred Brussels sprouts (either in a food processor or by hand) and add to the pan when the bacon is cooked. If using dried figs, add now. If fresh, add at the end. Add a little splash of water to the pan, if necessary, to get the sprouts cooking.

3. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar or sherry vinegar on top to taste.
