Buffalo chicken stromboli recipe

1 lb ball of pizzia dough
1 lb chicken tenders, cut into bite size peices
3 Tbsp unsalted butter: ( 2 butters)
1/2 cup bafllo sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese packets
1 Tbsp salt free streak seasoning
1 Tbsp granulated garlic
1 salt and pepper

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 40 min

1. *This could be a super bowl dinner dish when the game comes*

2. 1. Preheat oven to 425*.

3. 2. In a big skillet, medium high heat, add butters. Stir till melted.

4. 3.Add chicken in skillet. Season chicken with salt free steak seasoning and granulated garlic: stir to combine. Sautée 7 to 8 mins, garlic or until chicken has good color.

5. 4.When chicken is cooked, add a pinch of salt: add buffalo sauce:

6. 5.stir together, and cook for a few mins: till sauce has reduced a bit: let chicken cool for a bit:

7. 6. Take your pizzia dough: stretch out with hands, till you get a 10 or 11" circle:

8. 7.take your shredded cheese, and sprinkle on one side: near the edges: take your cooled down chicken and put on top of cheese:

9. 8.take your pizzia dough, and pull it over mixture: roll it into a tight jelly roll:

10. 9.take a baking sheet lined with parchment paper: take dough and pinch and tuck the ends:

11. 10. Take dough, and put on baking sheet seam side down: take a knife and make a few slits in top:

12. 11. Put in oven 425* for 30 mins, till beautiful golden brown.
