A package of pre-cut butternut squash or 1 whole butternut squash
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions
1. If not already cut, cut open butternut squash and slice into fry like strips
2. In a separate bowl, toss the strips in olive oil, then add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper and toss again
3. Place strips on a parchment paper lined baking sheet & bake for 30 minutes on 400 degrees
4. Remove from oven and enjoy!
