Butterscotch Confetti of Michele Poole - Recipefy

1/4 Cup Butter or Marg
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup butterscotch chips
8oz bag small coloured marshmallows

1. Melt butter and peanut butter in a large saucepan, over low heat. Sir in chips until melted. Cool until you can old your hand on the bottom of the pot. To speed process, stir while holding pan in cold water until cool enough. Add marshmallows, stil until all coated. Pack down in a 9x9 pan that has been lined with wax paper. Refrigerate. Makes about 36 squares.
