Caesar recipe

Ingredients for 4 people
chicken (fillet) 200-250 g
hard cheese (preferably Parmesan) 50-70 g
white loaf 100 g
green salad 100 g
12-15 cherry tomatoes
eggs 2 pieces
walnut kernels (optional) 100 g
olive oil 70-100 g
1-2 cloves of garlic
mustard 1 tsp
lemon juice (to taste) 20-30 g
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions
1. - since this is a simple Caesar recipe, you can overlook the classic dressing and just pour the salad with olive oil and lemon juice (and you can wipe the plate with a cut garlic clove);
2. - You can fill a simple Caesar with ready-made Caesar sauce or add mayonnaise to taste.
