6 small boneless chicken breasts 2 large potatoes, sliced 1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained 1 small pkg. Zesty Italian Salad dressing mix, dry 1 stick margarine or butter

1. Place chicken in center of a greased or sprayed 9x13 dish. Place sliced potatoes along side of chicken. Place beans beside potatoes. Melt margarine and add dressing mix. pour mixture over chicken and vegetables. Cover with foil, and bake at 275 for 2 hours or35 for 1 hour until vegetables and chicken are tender. makes 4 to 6 servings. Carrots,added before cooking also are good.
