Chicken chargrill with added flavour, rice & vegetables

1 Pack of Birds Eye chicken chargrills
2 Chicken Oxo Cube
150g Long Grain Rice

(Optional)
50g Peas & Sweetcorn

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. Firstly, Start cooking the Chargrills following the pack instructions

2. Secondly, start cooking the rice, when the chicken is halfway cooked (about 10 minutes) crumble up 1 of the Oxo Cubes and sprinkle over one of the chargrills and then repeat for the other chargrill, put the chargrills back into the oven for the remaning time of 10-15 mins & cook the vegetables however you prefer

3. Drain the rice from the pan and mix the rice with the vegetables & serve between the plate/s before adding the chargrill/s to the plate
