4 chicken thin cutlets
4 slices of deli turkey
4 slices of deli Swiss cheese
2 whole eggs
2 tsp fresh tyme leaves
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 vegetable oil
1 salt and pepper to taste

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. 1. Preheat oven for 350*.

2. 2.In a bowl, add eggs, whisk. Salt and pepper: mix again.

3. 3.In a flour plate, season with salt and pepper. /Bread crumb plate.

4. 4.Take chicken culet, and take Dijon mustard and spread on top. Thin layer:

5. 5.Take 2 slices of deli turkey, and 1 slice of deli Swiss and lay on top of chicken:

6. 6.Roll the chicken like a roll, and pin it with toothpicks. Sprinkle thyme in bread crumbs plate:

7. 7.take rolled chicken and dip in flour. Dip in egg, and bread crumbs.

8. 8.in a skillet with vegetable oil, on medium heat, put chicken in skillet. Till golden brown:

9. 9.take a baking dish with foil, with a rack on it.

10. 10.put the chicken on the rack foil sheet, and put in oven 12 mins:

11. 11.take out tooth picks, and cut chicken vertical slices.
