chili mac and cheese

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion diced
2 cloves of garlic minced
14 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chills
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
2 cups water
1 cup milk
8 oz elbow pasta
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar
4 green onion sliced

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. 1. In a soup pot, add olive oil: Pot nice and hot: Medium high heat.

2. 2. Add beef and onions. Break up with wooden spoon. Cook all the way: add salt. Medium-low.

3. 3. Add garlic, cook 45 seconds: stir. add spics, stir.

4. 4. Add water: Add tomatoes and chili and milk.

5. 5. Reduce heat to medium, simmer for 10 mins.

6. 6. Add pasta. Lid on, medium-low, and cook for 10 mins.

7. 7. Turn off, and sour cream; stir. add cheese at time, stir.

8. 8. Put in a bowl, add green onions on top.
