Chocolate chip and walnut banana bread

1 Stick of Butter (Room Temp)
2 Eggs (Beaten)
1 Cup White Sugar
3 Bananas (Ripened, the browner the banana the better)
3/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips ( Regular or Semi Sweet)
1/2 Cup of Chopped Walnuts

1. Preheat over to 350.
Spray loaf pan with cooking spray or wipe with vegetable oil
( no need to flour the pan)

2. Directions: 7 Steps

3. 1st Step- In a medium size bowl, mix together the butter and sugar until it's creamy and smooth. Add the beaten eggs then stir together until it's all mixed in well, set aside.

4. 2nd Step- In a medium size bowl, mash the bananas together then add the baking soda, set aside.

5. 3rd Step- In a medium size bowl, blend together the flour and baking power, set aside.

6. 4th Step- Add the Banana and Baking Soda mixture to the Sugar, Butter, Egg mixture and mix well. Slowly add this mixture to the Flour and Baking Powder mixture until well blended. Set aside.

7. 5th Step - Add chocolate chips and walnuts. If 1/2 cup of each is not enough add more

8. 6th Step- Grease the Loaf Pan or Cupcake Pan if you want to make Muffins or tiny Loaf pans with a cooking spray or vegetable oil. No flour is needed to coat the pans.

9. 7 Step- Remove from oven when done and let cool before serving. You can serve warm or cold either way it is delicious enjoy!!
