Chocolate fudge cake

6oz self-raising flour
2.5tsp cocoa powder
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
5oz caster sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 pint vegetable oil
1/4 pint soy milk
2tsp coronation caramel
1tsp vanilla
5 oz dark chocolate
1tbsp icing sugar

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Pre-heat oven to 180C
Sift all dry ingredients together (except dark chocolate and icing sugar)
Combine all wet ingredients together, saving some or the coconation caramel,
Stir wet ingredients into the dry mix.
Pour into 2 8 inch greased sandwich tins
After 10 minutes check to see if I knife comes out clean. Once it does, remove from oven to cool.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate over heat and mix with the remaining coronation caramel and icing sugar.
Use chocolate mix as filling to sandwich the cakes together and as decoration on top.
