Chocolate ganache tart recipe

(For the crust:)
1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate graham crackers
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temp.

(for the filling:)
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temp.
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
6 oz milk chocolate chips
1 chopped strawberries
1 pinch of salt

1. 1. Preheat oven to 350*

2. 2. In a food processor, add chocolate graham crackers and butter. Mix together: wet sand.

3. 3.Take a 9" tart pan, over a baking sheet, and pour crust in tart: use hands, and push mixture in: and around.

4. 4. Put in oven 350* for 10 mins.

5. 5. ( for filling;)

6. 6. In a small saucepan, add heavy cream and butter: bring to a simmer, and let butter melt completely.

7. 7.Add a pinch of salt to the chocolate chips:

8. 8.When butter is melted, pour over chocolate chips in bowl. Let sit for a couple of mins.

9. 9. Start wisking till dark color:

10. 10. Pour filling in tart: put in fridge, and let cool overnight.

11. 11. When overnight is done, put tart on white cake stand. Slice and add red cut strawberries
