Chocolate ice cream recipe

5 egg yolks
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup coca powder
5 oz semisweet chocolate, broken into peices
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant espresso powder

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 8 min

1. 1. In a sauce pan, add the heavy cream and milk. Along with cocoa powder, salt, espresso powder; mix together; let come to a simmer.

2. 2.In a large bowl, add sugar& egg yolk. whisk together till pale color.

3. 3.When sauce pan is at simmer, take a laddle and put some in egg yolk mixture; mix.

4. 4. Pour egg yolk mixture in sauce pan; DO NOT BOIL. on gentle heat, medium low, stir; 5 to 7 mins till thickins.

5. 5.In a bowl, take chocolate peices in it, and add seize on top. Pour the sauce pan mixture in seize.

6. 6.In bowl, take whisk and whisk together the chocolate. let cool to room temp. Then cover it, and put in fridge overnight. *insert inside peice of Ice cream machine, and put in frezzer overnight*

7. 7. next day: Pour Ice cream batter in ice cream machine; turn on, and work 25 to 30 mins.

8. 8.When done, put in cup and eat.
