Chocolate raspberry crumb bars recipe

1 cup of unsalted butter, at room temp.
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 14oz can of sweetned condensed milk
1/3 cup seedless raspberry preserves

1. 1. Preheat oven to 350*.

2. 2.Get a 13x9 baking pan, spray with non stick spray, and line with parchment paper;

3. 3.In bowl, add butter and brown sugar: mix together.

4. 4.Add flour& salt: whisk.

5. 5.Take baking pan, and take batter (and leave some for latter) In pan: Take some extra flour, and dip hands in flour, and flatten out dough with hands.

6. 6. Put in oven for 12 mins.

7. 7. In another bowl, add sweetened condensed milk, and half of the chocolate chips. Put in microwave for 2 mins, and check every 30 seconds till chocolate chips have melted.

8. 8. When melted, pour chocolate over crust in pan: spread to make even:

9. 9.take remaining dough mixture, and crumble it, all over top of chocolate.

10. 10. On top of crumb mixture, add in remaining chocolate chips on top.

11. 11.Take seedless raspberry jam, take spoon, and add Dallops on top.

12. 12. Put in 350* oven, 30 mins, let cool completely. (Hour)

13. 13.Take out of baking pan, and cut into bars
