2 Cartons (8 oz) Cream Cheese
1 C. Imitation Crab, minced
Splash Worcestershire Sauce
Splash Lemon Juice
2 Green Onions, minced
Garlic Powder to taste
1 package Wanton Skins
1 large Egg Yolk

1. Mix all ingredients except wanton skins and egg yolk in a bowl until well blended.
Fill each wanton skin with as much filling as desired, and brush edges with egg yolk.
Fold wanton skin into a triangle, and press to seal edges.
Fry in peanut oil until browned all around (usually about 2 minutes).
