Cream cheese mints

I made these for Rebecca’s wedding in a rose mold. 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 lb. powdered sugar 4 to 5 drops oil flavoring (peppermint oil)

1. Mix with hands. Work the sugar. Add in paste color and mold. Makes 200 mints.
