Creamy Peppercorn Sauce of Bobby Keillor - Recipefy

1 TBSP crushed Peppercorns
1 Cup Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Beef broth
3 shallots finely chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
2 TBSP butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. If you have cooked your steak in a pan then use the same pan you used for your steaks to make the sauce for extra flavour!

2. Melt the butter in the pan over medium heat, add shallots, cooking for 2 - 3 minutes until fragrant. Add in peppercorns and garlic and cook for another minute. Add in beef broth, Worcestershire, and then slowly add your cream. Add salt to taste.

3. Let sauce simmer until it starts to thicken, 7 - 8 minutes. Sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.

4. Pour over your steak and enjoy!
