Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs or Drumsticks of Kelly Barton - Recipefy

8 chicken thighs (with bone and skin on)
1/4 cup italian dressing (use homemade - recipe on site)
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp adobo seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 packet sazon
1/2 tsp dried oregano

1. In a large ziplock, season chicken with italian dressing, salt and remaining spices and evenly coat. For the most flavour, marinate overnight or as much time as you can before baking. No problem if you don't have the time, you can still bake them right away.

2. Preheat oven to 425F. Transfer chicken thighs skin side down onto a large sheet pan with a rack. If no rack, use non-stick foil or spray the pan with oil. Bake 20 to 25 mins.

3. Flip the chicken over to skin side up and continue baking 20 to 25 mins, or until golden brown and crispy and cooked through in the centre.
