Crustless Pumpkin Pie of Ashley - Recipefy

1 can pumpkin (15oz)
1 can evaporate skim milk (6oz)
3/4 cup egg substitute (or 3 egg whites)
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup splenda (or sugar)

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth
Pour into 9in sprayed pie pan
Bake 400 degrees for 15 min then 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean

2. Can top with cool whip :)
