Dill pickles

5 large Cucumbers -sliced
3 cups H2O
3 cups White Vinegar
4-5 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Mustard Seed
1 tsp Dill Seed
3/4 tsp Celery Seed
3/4 cup Fresh Dill Sprigs
Pepper to taste (1/8 tsp+)
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Coriander Seed
4 small Oak Leaves

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 5 min

1. Slice cucumbers and place in jars along with sprigs of dill and 1 oak leaf per jar.

2. Combine everything else in a pot and bring just to a boil.

3. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.

4. Pour mixture into jars, seal lids, and let cool.

5. Refrigerate at least 1 week.

6. Will keep for months.
