Doggo Biscuits of Bobby Keillor - Recipefy

1 C. cornmeal OR one minute oats
2 C. all-purpose flour
1 egg
3 TBSP. olive oil
1/2 C. NO SALT ADDED broth (you can use chicken, beef or vegetable, just make sure it's got no added salt)
1 - 3 TBSP peanut butter (make sure it does not contain Xylitol which is a sweetener used in "light" peanut butter that is poisonous to dogs)

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 12 min

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with silicone baking mat.

2. In a large bowl, combine cornmeal/oats and flour.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg together with the oil. Stir in the broth. Add the peanut butter.

4. Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, stirring to combine and make a soft dough.

5. Working on a lightly floured surface, lightly knead dough. Roll out to 1/2" thick. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters (I use bone shaped) and place cookies approx. 1" apart on the baking sheet.

6. Bake for 12 minutes.

7. Allow to cool and store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to one week.
