Double Chocolate Chip Cookies of Courtney Glantz - Recipefy

2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.

3. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until creamy - roughly 2-3 minutes.

4. Beat in eggs, one at a time.

5. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips.

6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

7. You can line with parchment paper, should you choose.

8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies are puffed and centers are set but still soft.

9. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
