Easy Apricot Brulee. of David Le Mottee - Recipefy

411g tin of apricot halves in syrup, draind.
9fl oz of custed.
200g pot of plain yoghurt.
4 tablespoons of caster sugar.
amaretti biscuits, to serve.

Prep. Time → 5 min min

Cook Time → 3 min

1. Divide the apricots between 4 ramekins.
Wisk the custard and yoghurt together until smooth and spoon over the apricots.
Cover with cling film and freeze for 1 hour.

2. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar over each dish.
Then griil for 2-3 min to caramelise the tops.

3. Serve with amaretti biscuits.
