Easy beef noodle casserole
2 tbsp oil
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp worcestershire sauce(or more)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 lb sliced mushrooms
2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1. In hot oil, in pressure cooker, brown ground beef; add remaining ingredients; cook at 15lbs pressure for 6 minutes as manufacturers directions.
2. If you don’t have a pressure cooker, mix everything as above, bake in a casserole dish in a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly, and noodles are soft.
