1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temp
1 egg
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract

1. * basic chocolate chip dough recipe*

2. 1. Take mini chocolate chips, and put in mini food processor: and pulse till crumbly texture.

3. 2. In a bowl, add softened butter and both kinds of sugars: work together till butter is mixed well with sugars:

4. 3.add egg, vanilla extract: mix. Add dry ingredients in bowl, and chocolate crumbs. Mix to combine.

5. 4. Put cookie dough in plastic wrap: pull dough together with hands, and wrap with plastic wrap. Put in fridge for 2 hours:

6. 5.when 2 hours is done, preheat oven 375*.

7. 6.Take a muffin tin, flip it upside down, and spray with non stick spray: put muffin tin in baking sheet:

8. 7.flour table with flour: take out dough, and roll out with rolling pin.

9. 8.take a biscuit cutter, and cut out circles: and put it on top of muffin tin, and around :

10. 9.put in oven, 375* for 12 mins, till golden brown: let them cool for 20 mins:

11. 10. When done, lift them right out, and put ice cream inside
