Egg, feta, tomato breakfast of Amy Jessup - Recipefy

2 eggs - cooked as desired
2 tbsp feta cheese
1/2 cup tomato
1 apple
1/2 scoop protein

1. Cook your eggs, feta and tomato as preferred. Some options would be to scramble the feta into your eggs and then add the tomatoes last, or you could do your eggs easy over, put them on top of the tomatoes and then top everything with the feta.

2. Eat the apple and protein shake on the side.

3. Here you have 265 calories, 9g fat, 27g carbs, 20g protein. This is 3 blocks and about right for an average or small sized and semi active female.
