Fast pan bread

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 25 min

1. Mix flour, baking powder, water in bowl

2. Heat olive oil in medium pan

3. Pour dough in pan

4. Scoop some of the olive oil from the edges to the top of the dough

5. Add 1-2 Tbsp water around dough to create steam for cooking

6. Cover. Cook over medium heat. ~15 min one side, 10 min on other. Top and bottom should become browned or slightly charred.

7. Cool to touch

8. Cut into quarters
